The Windsor Room

A private entrance through the courtyard garden leads you to a lovely room complete with fireplace and Jacuzzi tub for two. This is our most relaxing and romantic room for your perfect get away.

Comfortable and inviting, The Helen Porter Room is spacious and has an adjacent private bathroom with a large vanity with double sinks and the original claw foot tub and shower. This is a very Victorian guest room.

Our coziest room has charm and privacy. A view of the courtyard and a comfy loveseat all give this room a special appeal complete with private bath with shower. Loveseat converts into an extra bed, if needed.

Do you like to watch the world go by? The Turret Room has a perfect sitting area on the balcony porch overlooking Main Street in downtown Windsor. The room is airy, inviting and is filled with natural lighting. Private bath with shower.

A full gourmet breakfast is included in the price of lodging and can be smelled wafting throughout the inn each morning. We have a special daily entree such as: Ham & Cheese Omelets, Belgian Waffles, Frittatas, French Toast, homemade baked pastries, special house blend coffee, and fresh fruits.

  • We have established the following policies to make your stay as wonderful as possible.
  • Rates are based on per night, double occupancy
  • Advance reservations advised
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa and Traveler's Checks.
  • Check in begins at 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Please call to arrange for late arrivals.
  • Check out is 11 a.m.
  • We are a non-smoking inn.
  • Children over the age of 10 are welcomed
  • Charge for additional persons is $20.00 per night.

The Porter House Inn can not lodge pets, however we have a wonderful kennel close by that we highly recommend.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, a full refund will be made less a $20.00 cancellation fee if received 7 days prior to the reservation date. Otherwise the full amount of the reservation will be charged unless the room is rebooked. Guests are responsible for payment for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
